OPI came out with a Limited Edition with colours inspired by Gwen Stefani. If you should not know her. She is the singer from No Doubt. Also famous for wearing a red lip all the time.
See her nail design? Here I show you how you can easily do that yourself!
Now to the colours.
The LE consists of 6 colours and one base coat.
The polishes have different finishes. Hey Baby and I Sing in Color have both a cream finish. Love.Angel.Music.Baby and 4 in the Morning have a semi-matte finish. Don’t wear a top coat on top as you would destroy the matte finish! Push and Shove is a chrome colour which has a mirror finish. This one is sold as a set with Lay Down that Base (I just saw that the base coat contains only 3.75 ml, which is the size of a mini. That not going to last you very long! Push and Shove contains 15 ml. Really smart! Not!). I’m guessing that it acts like ridge filler to make the chrome really stand out. Last but not least, there is also a glitter polish called in true fashion.
As I own already so many nail polishes and I will never use them up, I’m really glad that OPI offers mini sets with their Limited Editions. That way you can still try the colours but not have huge 15 ml bottles stand around.
I ordered the mini set on amazon. It contains 4 colours with 3.75 ml. The colours are: Hey Baby, I Sing In Color, Love Angel Music Baby and 4 In The Morning. So you basically get all the colours except the chrome and the glitter.
I can’t wait for it to finally arrive here!
I also ordered the mini set from the Brazil collection.
Did you already get a colour? Which one is your favourite?
